Reviews and Ratings
I loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean and cozy, and I especially enjoyed the Tintin posters adding a unique touch. The elegant bathroom and understated furnishing were lovely, although the room was small with no view. The service was exceptional with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The location was ideal, just off Grand Place, making it perfect for first-time visitors to Brussels. The dining was good but a bit pricey, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I haven't slept well for two nights due to the noisy rooms, but the cleanliness was top-notch. The location is unbeatable, just seconds away from the main Grand Place and surrounded by great sightseeing spots, shops, and dining options.
I had a delightful stay at this splendid hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, with lovely bed, linens, and pillows. The suite featured a tastefully decorated bedroom and adjoining living room, though a bit small for a suite. The bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower was very luxurious.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were wonderful, but being next to the lift might not suit light sleepers. The presence of emergency assistance device is a crucial feature, especially for solo guests over 60. The little squirrel teddy adds a charming touch.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room overlooked the spire of Hotel De Ville and was a nice size with a very comfortable bed, lovely linens, and wonderful pillows. However, it was a little noisy being over the reception and bar area. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the Grand Place with plenty of sightseeing opportunities nearby. The service was standout, even surpassing some famous 5-star hotels I've visited, with friendly and very helpful staff. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good menu selection. The overall experience was fantastic, with only minor noise concerns in the room.
The hotel rooms were wonderfully decorated to a great standard with a lovely classic style and a warm ambiance. However, they were under furnished and lacked amenities in the toilet. The location was perfect within walking distance of all the main sightseeing spots in Brussels, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a range of delicious options. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with some room for improvement in certain areas.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel rooms were extremely spacious, immaculate, and with a view of the city. The staff was super polite and helpful, making my one night stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Grand Place and walking distance to everything. The dining experience was delicious, from dinner at Bocconi to room service and breakfast.
