I loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean and cozy, and I especially enjoyed the Tintin posters adding a unique touch. The elegant bathroom and understated furnishing were lovely, although the room was small with no view. The service was exceptional with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The location was ideal, just off Grand Place, making it perfect for first-time visitors to Brussels. The dining was good but a bit pricey, and the facilities were well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room overlooked the spire of Hotel De Ville and was a nice size with a very comfortable bed, lovely linens, and wonderful pillows. However, it was a little noisy being over the reception and bar area. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the Grand Place with plenty of sightseeing opportunities nearby. The service was standout, even surpassing some famous 5-star hotels I've visited, with friendly and very helpful staff. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good menu selection. The overall experience was fantastic, with only minor noise concerns in the room.
